Do not give your money to this company. I purchased a laser hair package with them - they consistently cancelled some appointments and rearranged the times of others. When I complained I was treated with utter rudeness from the so called manager. I was then sent a text message barring me from their salons. I wouldn’t go near their salons again if I was paid to. I am now fighting to get my money returned. Avoid this company!!! The good reviews on here are clearly fake!!!

I booked massage appointments with this salon in Leeds via Treatwell and also directly with the salon and after the first two appointments I've had so many issues:
1) Confirmed appointments - I've turned up on time only to be told they had double booked - this happened three times.
2) Staff re-arranging appointments over the phone and then another staff member calling to cancel the appointment due to staff shortages.
3) Staff on the phone appear to be clueless about basics and do not appear to have been trained well.
Due to the above occurring a number of times and salon making no effort to resolve any of the above I will no longer be using the above salon.
I would strongly recommend anyone booking to do the following:
1) Do not part money beforehand (I would be surprised if this company was still in business at the end of 2018).
2) If you do book without paying then phone them before you leave home on the same day as the appointment even if you have a text confirmation - to make sure they have you fully booked in.
Poor customer service and a company I will avoid dealing with in the future.
Fabulous salon with truly committed and professional staff whom take the time to wash, cut and style your hair as you want it.
Disgusting take your money no service provided no calls or emails returned absolutely apauling please be aware booked 3 microdermabrasion treatments £67 taken straight away by card payment NO SERVICE RECEIVED told nothing we can do......disgraceful, disgusting customer service
would be 5 stars as the cut & colour are good. When I asked how much I had to pay I was told that how I booked the appointment would depend on how much I had to pay! If I had booked via the app I would have saved 40 per cent . In my case that would have been £54.00 which would have been a massive saving. I had to leave without speaking to a mgt member about how ludicrous that seems to be. I later rang to speak with the manager. I failed, the first time I was cut off, the 2nd time told to ring back between 2 set times which I did but as I would not give my full name the manager refused to speak with me. I did talk to a member of staff who said the staff member on reception who took my payment was new & that I should download the app for future but that it doesn't mean that you will get a definite appointment. Still confused & will not be going back as I feel disappointed with their lack of customer service. I am quite old fashioned and prefer to use the telephone to book in advance for my hair appointments !
